Caravanning and Motorhoming can be very limiting if used off-grid (without electric hook up) for any period of time. After using lights and appliances frequently, the power stored in your leisure battery is very quickly depleted. There are many ways to upgrade your leisure vehicle to improve its efficiency.

A leisure battery, typically 12V, is enough to power basic appliances like a TV, kettle and fridge. However, with high power usage, the energy within the battery is very quickly depleted.
