My name is Neil Jaques. I founded Neil The Caravan Medic in 2008 for all caravan and motorhome services. I operate from Leicester; covering Leicestershire, Rutland and surrounding areas.
Neil The Caravan Medic is a member of “The Caravan & Motorhome Club” and “The Camping and Caravanning Club” and I am keen motorhomer myself.
We are an AWS/NCC approved mobile workshop which means that we can service your caravan or motorhome and maintain your manufacturer’s warranty.
Over the years, I have developed a high standard of skill base in repairing and servicing caravans and motorhomes.
I am committed to regular training to keep up-to-date with the industry standards to make your unit as safe as possible. I am confident in offering a full range of caravan and motorhome repairs which are of a high standard.
My aim is to offer high quality workmanship at an affordable price. I pride myself on my attention to detail and offer a reliable and efficient service to meet your needs.

The Approved Workshop Scheme is a joint enterprise between the NCC (National Caravan Council), The Caravan and Motorhome Club and The Camping and Caravanning Club. It is the only scheme to be supported by all of the major UK manufacturers. AWS is now the UK's largest group of independently assessed workshops and is seen as the benchmark for motorhome and touring caravan servicing in the UK. All AWS workshops must pass an annual inspection by a team of independent assessors and must comply with the Scheme's rigorous standards.
